General Terms and Conditions

On this page, you will find our Terms and Conditions. These conditions apply to all our sales, deliveries, and transactions. If you have any questions about any of these terms, please contact shop@celeste-parfums.nl.

1. General

1.1: By placing an order, each customer agrees, without reservation, to our General Terms and Conditions.
1.2: The sale of an item is completed after Celeste accepts the order and confirms it via email. This order confirmation also serves as the invoice.

2. Price

2.1: All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT.

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as possible. This confirmation will include the purchase price of your item(s) plus the shipping costs; it also serves as your invoice. If you haven't received a confirmation after placing your order, please let us know by sending an email to shop@celeste-parfums.nl.

3.2

Celeste offers the following online payment methods in a safe and reliable manner:

iDEAL (online payments via ING, ABN Amro, Rabobank, SNS, Fortis, Friesland Bank, Triodos, and ASN Bank)
PayPal
Google- and Applepay

4. Cancellation

Any order can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations can only be made by email.

5. Shipping costs

5.1: All orders are shipped via PostNL parcel service. By using parcel service, we minimize the risk of loss, damage, or theft during transport.
5.2
- The Netherlands: For orders up to €60, shipping costs are €5.95. For orders above that amount, there are no shipping costs.

- EU Zone 1 Belgium, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and France : Below €100, the shipping costs are €7.95 / above €100, shipping is free.

- EU Zone 2 Denmark : Below €125,- the shipping costs are €9,95 / above €125,- shipping is free.

6. Delivery

6.1

All items will be submitted to PostNL for delivery within 1-5 business days of receipt of payment. Shipping will be handled in accordance with PostNL's General Terms and Conditions for Postal Orders, which are listed on PostNL's General Terms and Conditions.

International orders will be handed over by PostNL to your national carrier.

6.2: If items have a delivery time longer than 5 working days, the buyer will be notified by email.
6.3: If articles are unexpectedly not available, this will be communicated by e-mail.

7. Returns

7.1

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and undamaged, after you have notified us, by email only, within 14 days of receipt of your order, that you will be returning one or more items from your order.

7.2

Goods purchased with a discount cannot be returned.

7.4

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless Celeste made an error. If you meet these requirements, the purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded to you within 7 business days.

8. Liability

Celeste is not liable for the loss or damage of shipped items. If it is determined that Celeste is liable for any damage, liability is limited to the order amount.

9. Privacy

All personal data will be used exclusively by Celeste and will not be made available to third parties other than necessary for payment transactions and delivery of the order.

10. Warranty

The warranty is determined in accordance with applicable law. In case of defects, Celeste will exchange the items. If the exchanged item is also defective, you can return it (see 7) and the full purchase price will be refunded.
