Order and Payment
After placing an order, you will receive an email as soon as possible to confirm. This order confirmation contains the purchase price of your product(s) + contribution for the shipping costs, this is also your invoice. If you have not received a confirmation after placing your order, you can let us know by sending an email to shop@celeste-parfums.nl
Celeste offers, in a safe and reliable way, the following online payment methods:
· IDEAL (online payment via ING, ABN Amro, Rabobank, SNS, Fortis, Friesland Bank, Triodos and ASN Bank)
· PayPal
· Prepayment by bank (IBAN: NL76 INGB 0008 1250 21, BIC: INGBNL2A)
All orders are sent by us with parcel post from TNT Post. By sending by parcel post we limit the risk of loss, damage or theft during transport of your order.
· For orders up to €60,- within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €5.95. For orders above this amount, no shipping costs are charged.
· EU Zone 1 Belgium, € 12.50
Deliver:
We try to offer all products for order to PostNL within approximately 1-5 working days after receipt of payment. The shipment takes place according to the General Terms and Conditions for assigned Postal Transport of PostNL, which are stated on General Terms and Conditions PostNL.
Returns :
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are unopened and undamaged after you have notified us within 14 days of receipt of your order, exclusively by e-mail, that you will be returning one or more items from your order.
Goods purchased with a discount cannot be returned.

The shipping costs for your return shipment are at your expense unless an error was made by Celeste. If you meet these conditions, the purchase amount and shipping costs will be refunded to you within 7 working days.
