Shipping and Payments
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as possible. This confirmation will include the purchase price of your product(s) plus the shipping costs; it also serves as your invoice. If you haven't received a confirmation after placing your order, please let us know by sending an email to shop@celeste-parfums.nl.

Delivery:
We strive to deliver all products to PostNL (domestic Shipping company) within approximately 1-5 business days of receiving payment. Shipping is in accordance with PostNL's General Terms and Conditions for Postal Services, which are listed on the PostNL General Terms and Conditions.
Returns :
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and undamaged, after you have notified us, by email only, within 14 days of receipt of your order, that you will be returning one or more items from your order.
Goods purchased with a discount cannot be returned.
