Yann Vasnier is a French perfumer whose love for scent originated among the gardens and landscapes of Brittany, where he grew up surrounded by aromatic plants and nature. His fascination with perfumery was further ignited by visits to the Divine perfume house, after which he decided to pursue his passion professionally. After his education at ISIPCA in Versailles, where he was mentored by master perfumer Françoise Caron, he joined Quest International, later part of Givaudan.

Within Givaudan, Yann Vasnier grew into a respected and innovative perfumer with a distinctly modern style. He collaborated with prestigious houses such as Marc Jacobs, Tom Ford, Comme des Garçons, and Donna Karan, and gained international recognition with fragrances like Lola and Bang for Marc Jacobs.
