Terms of service
On this page you will find our Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all our sales, deliveries and transactions. If you have any questions about one or more of these provisions, please contact us at shop@celeste-parfums.nl.
1. General
1.1
By placing an order, every customer declares, without reservation, that they agree to our Terms and Conditions.
1.2
The sale of an item is concluded after acceptance of the order by Celeste and confirmation by email. This order confirmation also serves as the invoice.
2. Price
2.1
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as possible. This order confirmation includes the purchase amount of your item(s), any shipping costs and the order details. This order confirmation also serves as the invoice. If you have not received a confirmation after placing your order, please contact us at shop@celeste-parfums.nl.

4. Cancellation
4.1
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can submit a cancellation request through your customer account, via the order status page of your order or by contacting us at shop@celeste-parfums.nl.
4.2
If your order has already been shipped, you can make use of your right of withdrawal and the return procedure as described in Article 7.
5. Shipping costs
5.1
All orders are shipped by us with PostNL. By shipping orders as parcels, we reduce the risk of loss, damage or theft during the transport of your order.
5.2
Please refer to the “Shipping and Payment” page for the current shipping costs within the Netherlands and the European Union.
6. Delivery
6.1
We aim to hand over all items to PostNL within 1 to 5 business days after receiving payment. Shipping is carried out in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for commissioned postal transport of PostNL.
6.2
If items have a delivery time longer than 5 business days, the buyer will be informed by email.
6.3
If items are unexpectedly unavailable, this will be communicated by email.
7. Returns
7.1
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging. If the product is sealed, the seal must be intact.
7.2
You can request a return through your customer account, via the order status page of your order or by contacting us at shop@celeste-parfums.nl.

7.4
Items returned to us without a prior return request may not be processed.
7.5
Certain items cannot be returned. This includes products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. Examples include opened, used or unsealed perfumes, cosmetics, skincare products and other beauty products.
Personalised items, gift cards and products that cannot be resold due to use, damage or missing packaging also cannot be returned.
7.6
The costs of returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless there has been an error on the part of Celeste Parfums, for example if you received an incorrect or damaged item.
7.7
In the case of a full withdrawal from the order, we will refund the purchase amount and the original standard shipping costs. Any additional costs for a more expensive shipping method than our standard delivery will not be refunded.
In the case of a partial return, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
7.8
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
We process approved refunds as quickly as possible and no later than within 14 days. Please note that it may then take a few additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
8. Liability
8.1
Celeste is not liable for the loss of or damage to shipped items, unless there is intent, gross negligence or an error that can be attributed to Celeste.
8.2
If it is established that Celeste is liable for any damage, the liability is limited to a maximum of the order amount of the relevant order.
9. Privacy
9.1
All personal data is used exclusively by Celeste for the processing of orders, payments, shipments and customer service.
9.2
Personal data will not be made available to third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of the agreement, such as payment transactions, delivery of the order or legal obligations.
10. Warranty
10.1
The warranty is determined in accordance with applicable law.
10.2
In the event of a defect, you can contact Celeste at shop@celeste-parfums.nl. If the item is found to be defective, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair or refund.

11.1
All rights reserved. No part of this website may be copied, stored, distributed or otherwise used without the prior written consent of Celeste.
12. Applicable law
12.1
All agreements to which these terms apply in whole or in part are governed by Dutch law.
