Gian Luca Perris is the founder, Creative Director, and driving force behind Perris Monte Carlo, a perfume house established out of a deep passion for authentic haute perfumery. Born in Rome, he grew up in a family that had been active in the fragrance industry for many years, which shaped his love for perfume early on. Although he studied economics and commerce, he ultimately decided to pursue perfumery and build upon the experience of the Perris Group, founded in 1981. In 2011, he launched Perris Monte Carlo with the ambition to recenter the true art of perfume creation.

Gian Luca Perris's vision revolves entirely around the beauty of raw materials and the creation of unique, characterful compositions. His approach to perfumery is pure and strongly focused on quality, with every fragrance starting from one exceptional ingredient or olfactory idea.
