The fragrance opens with sparkling freshness: pink pepper and a vibrant turmeric leaf provide a tingling, herbaceous start, blended with aromatic accents of buchu. The green sharpness of galbanum and lentisque (mastic) further elevates the composition, while the heart of iris concrete and orris unfolds. Powdery, velvety, and floral with a distinct vegetal 'voice'.
In the base, Velvet Iris embraces rich woody notes: sandalwood delivers velvety milky tones, labdanum adds amber warmth, and the unique Saffiano™ molecule (IFF) brings the soft texture of suede combined with the signature of leather, making the fragrance both powerful and tenderly sensual.
