The eau de parfum opens with bright aldehydes that herald an airy floral explosion. Soft, sparkling, and festive. These are refined with a profusion of flowers: ylang-ylang, lily of the valley, lilac, and a luxurious bouquet of jasmine, mimosa blossom, daffodil, Turkish rose, and iris. The base unfolds warm, creamy layers of sandalwood, musk, amber, labdanum, and vetiver.
Sortilège was created as a tribute to the lavish parties of its time. A fragrance full of extravagant flair and allure. In the 1950s, it became the signature fragrance of the chic Stork Club, worn by iconic stars like Marilyn Monroe and Ava Gardner. The fragrance still exudes classic refinement today.
