Silvia Martinelli is the creative force behind Giardini di Toscana, an Italian niche perfume house deeply rooted in family history, memories, and the Tuscan lifestyle. Born into a family of perfumers and entrepreneurs, Silvia grew up surrounded by perfume bottles, old recipe books, and the rich aromatic traditions of Tuscany. Her grandparents, Giovan Piero and Emma Ducci, opened a small Bottega in the Casentino valley in 1942, initially as a pharmacy, which later developed into a perfumery and luxury boutique under the leadership of Silvia's mother, Irma.
Silvia Martinelli’s perfumes are strongly inspired by the Tuscan gardens of her youth, where flowers, citrus fruits, herbs, and warm gourmand scents intertwine with personal memories and emotions. Her creations combine traditional Italian craftsmanship with modern niche perfumery, with authenticity and artistic freedom at their core. Instead of following trends, Giardini di Toscana focuses on characterful fragrances that evoke a personal connection with the wearer.
